Refund and Exchange

Returns can be made on most items (see exclusions below) by contacting me within 14 days of delivery and return of the item within 30 days of delivery.

Unfortunately I can not accept cancellations as items are custom made but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will endeavour to solve any issues.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any International returns must be in original packaging with the UK CN22 customs label clearly showing. The package MUST BE marked RETURN. Any customs charges incurred due to these instructions not being followed will be deducted from the final refund amount.
