Dispatch and Delivery Information

**Please note due to all items being handmade dispatch time from the UK runs at approximately 1-2 weeks. Shipping times after dispatch from the UK are exclusive of this time frame**

  • All International orders are sent using Tracked Delivery.
  • UK Standard mail up to the value of £20 sent First Class large letter or over via small tracked parcel.
  • Overseas deliveries generally take 2-4 weeks but can be longer at busy periods.

Customs and Import taxes
  • Buyers are responsible for any Customs and Import taxes that may apply.
  • Trolley Dollie Designs will not be responsible for delays due to Customs
